What currency are your items listed in?

All of our items are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  

Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately not, with other work commitments we are unable to find any time for custom orders!  All items are ready made and ready to post and no alterations can be made to the items.

 

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship Australia wide only for two flat rates,  

Australia Post are experiencing delays, so your item may take extra time than usual to arrive. Express Post parcels are being prioritised and are still the fastest delivery option but do not have guaranteed time frames for expected delivery.

We post via Australia Post from Caloundra, Qld, 4551.  Feel free to visit the Australia Post website for a more accurate estimate of delivery times to your postcode.  

Mail is only dispatched on MONDAYS / WEDNESDAYS / FRIDAYS at 8am!  

Orders must be placed by 8pm night prior to next dispatch day.

We offer flat rate for regular postage with tracking - $7.95 (estimated 10 -15 business days* - slightly longer for remote locations / areas).

Express postage with tracking - $12.95 (estimated 3 - 7 business days* - slightly longer for remote locations).

FREE REGULAR postage is offered for ready made product/s purchase over $79!  No code needed.  Free postage is only calculated on website for purchases over $79 made in one transaction - NOT APPLICABLE WITH CUSTOM ORDERS.

 

All items listed are ready to post!

Should your products not have arrived, please contact us so we can look into tracking and the whereabouts of your parcel.

 

What if my products don't fit?

We understand that babies vary in size, as do clothing labels.  If your item does not fit, we gladly offer a refund of the product cost (less postage paid and restocking fee of 8% - please refer to our page 'Refund Policy').

Postage for returning the product or sending an exchange product is at buyers expense. 

Item being returned must be returned in original condition, fit for resale. 

Due to the nature of custom orders, these cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Can I use more that 1 coupon code? 

Unfortunately our website only accepts one coupon code per transaction.
